Assessor time tracking for accreditation bodies. Hours are logged per case, approved by the case manager and turned into CAB fees and assessor payouts, without spreadsheets.

Approve with context
Case managers see their own cases. Approve in bulk, or return an entry with a reason and the assessor fixes or splits it. Optional auto-approval per person.
Fees and payouts
Approved hours become assessor-days and CAB fees per case, with your rounding rules and per-CAB fees. External assessors are paid at the rate valid on approval.
Expenses and receipts
Photograph a receipt on the phone, mark what is re-billed to the CAB, and download a monthly expense claim PDF with every receipt attached.
Reports
Any calendar month, any people and cases, grouped by assessor, case, scheme or activity. Download to Excel in one click.
Period lock and audit log
Lock a month once payouts are sent. Every change, approval and rate change is recorded and can’t be edited.
Your language and currency
English, Estonian, Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian, chosen by each person. One currency for the whole body.
Safe sign-in, hosted in the EU
Sign in with Microsoft, Google or a one-time email code, with no passwords to manage. Your data stays in the EU.
